Current Changes at Richmond International Airport
If
youve been to the Airport lately, youve already
noticed many of the new changes that have taken place. In
recent months, RIC has completed construction on a new, bi-level
terminal building, added new baggage claim areas, added new
locations for parking and information services, and created
new restroom facilities.

Where will I find the
Baggage Claim Carousels and Offices
Parking Services Booth
Rental Car Counters
Restrooms
Visitors Center
New
Baggage Claim (North) and Baggage Service Offices:
The airport's new Baggage Claim and Baggage Service Offices
are now located on ground level, in the north end of the new
terminal building. Baggage claim offices for AirTran Airways,
American Airlines, United Airlines and US Airways are located
directly across from the three current carousels, and those
for Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue Airways,
and Northwest Airlines are nearby on the same level.
Parking
Services Booth: Located on the lower level central
lobby.
Rental Car Counters: Located on either side
of the center entrance on the ground level of the new terminal
building.
Restrooms:
Located on the lower level to the left and right of the escalators,
and on the upper level in the ticketing lobby, atrium and
concourses A and B.
Visitors
Center: Located on the lower level near the escalators.
