Airport Services
Richmond International Airport offers flights to major domestic destinations and connecting service to points around the globe. More than 3.5 million travelers utilize RIC annually and that number continues to grow.
On July 30, 2007, the new terminal building was officially dedicated. Now, customers enjoy a new two-level terminal featuring upper level departures and lower level arrivals areas, spacious ticketing and baggage claim halls, all new restaurants and retail stores, and widened and improved security checkpoint portals.
Our business travelers enjoy the comfort and convenience of our Business Center, and free WiFi service. Other airport amenities include an Inter-Faith Chapel, banking facilities, and a Visitor Information Center offering Richmond and regional information.
RIC is proud to include a United Service Organizations (USO) center in its terminal building. Active duty and retired military personnel, National Guard, reservists, merchant marines and their dependents are welcome in the center, which is open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Military ID is required for entry. To learn more about RIC's USO center, or for information on volunteering, call (804) 236-7234 or visit www.usocentralva.org.
Lastly, Richmond International Airport is dedicated to providing all customers with a pleasant travel experience. The airport provides services and facilities designed to assist passengers with disabilities. Please view Customers with Disabilities for more information.
