Today's Fleet
RESCUE 1/Battalion 1 – A 2006 Ford Excursion. This vehicle carries a full compliment of incident management equipment and is operated each day by the shift commander.  The unit has multiple radios, wireless voice/data/fax capabilities, on-line emergency database, multiple temperature and atmospheric sensors, a hand held thermal imaging camera with transmit and receive capability, and more.
RESCUE 2/Foam Tanker 2 – A 1991 Oshkosh TA-1500 Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting Vehicle. This vehicle carries 1,500 gallons of water and 190 gallons of foam. It is designed for off road use. The truck also has a 750 PKW system with a Hydrochem nozzle. R-2 is scheduled for replacement in the next two years. It's replacement shall be a 3,000 ARFF unit.
RESCUE 3/Foam Tanker 3 – A 2000 Emergency One Titan HPR 4x4 Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting Vehicle. This vehicle carries 1,500 gallons of water and 200 gallons of foam. It is designed for off road use. Rescue 3 also has a DEV system and a 500 lbs. PKW system. This truck has a 8kw generator and a light tower.
RESCUE 4/Foam Tanker 4 – A 2000 Emergency One Titan HPR 6x6 Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting Vehicle. This vehicle carries 3,000 gallons of water and 400 gallons of foam. It is designed for off road use. Rescue 4 has DEVS capabilities and other cameras on board. This truck also has an 8kw generator and lighting package.
RESCUE 5/Haz Mat 5 – A 1996 Ford F-350 truck used for Hazardous Materials responses. The rear area contains a special designed vacuum which is capable of recovering over 200 gallons of Class 1 Flammable Liquids
RESCUE 6/Chief 1 – A 2000 Ford Expedition. This is the vehicle used by the ARFF Chief.
RESCUE 7/Utility 7 – A 2001 Chevy3/4, 4x4 Pick up truck. This vehicle is a utility vehicle for the department and is used to pull our trailers. It can be outfitted as a field foam re-supply unit. Rescue 7 can be used to deliver additional haz mat supplies, or agent recharges directly to the field.
RESCUE 8/Attack 8 – A 2003 Emergency One RIV 300. The RIV (Rapid Intervention Vehicle) carries 300 gallons of water, 40 gallons of foam and has a 150 GPM bumper turret. The RIV carries the rescue and extrication tools and is the first response vehicle to most emergencies.
RESCUE 9/MASS CASUALTY INCIDENT SUPPORT UNIT – This bus has been configured to carry large amounts of medical supplies to assist in any type of disaster.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS UNIT – This trailer carries basic equipment for response to hazardous materials emergencies.
