HANGAR 3649 RENOVATIONS - IFB #14-2202
The project scope shall consist of renovation and modifications to existing Hangar 3649 for the development of two Office spaces on the south side of the second level, removal of all interior partitions and ceilings and providing code minimum lighting in the remaining first and second floor support spaces, and upgrades to the building envelope, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

JETBLUE AIRLINE RELOCATION - IFB #14-2203
Existing interior spaces will be renovated and modified to accommodate the relocation of JetBlue’s airline operations within the airport facility. Relocations include the up-fit of an existing airline ticket office, baggage service office, ground operations office and gate counters.

ECONOMY PARKING LOTS DYNAMIC SIGNAGE - IFB #14-2207
The project scope shall consist of Fabrication and installation of new exterior Economy Parking Lot signage for the Richmond International Airport, consisting of (1) illuminated main pylon sign with LED programmable message boards, (1) illuminated directional sign with LED “OPEN” and “CLOSED” electronic message boards, and (2) illuminated parking lot entry ID signs.  The work includes coordination of removal of existing signage and coordination of power and data and digital information boards.

POTASSIUM ACETATE DEICING FLUID - IFB #14-2210
The Capital Region Airport Commission is responsible for snow removal on the runways and taxiways at Richmond International Airport. The Commission maintains an inventory of 20,000 gallons of deicing fluid. Generally, the snow season in Richmond, Virginia extends from November through March and the inventory of deicing fluid is replenished as the supply is used. The Contractor shall deliver the fluid within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. This contract shall be on an as-needed basis. The Commission does not guarantee the total amount or dollar volume sales of the fluid to be purchased under this contract; however, the contract does specify a minimum purchase quantity per order. See Section 2 of the bid document.
