The Capital Region Airport Commission (the “Commission”) requests proposals from experienced, qualified, and interested firms to provide health care plan benefit options to identify providers of health benefits plans, negotiate terms and premiums, and provide professional assistance with benefit matters, on an as needed basis, (“Employee Benefits”) brokerage services to the Commission.
RENTAL CAR GARAGE LED LIGHTING UPGRADE - RFP #16-2267
The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to substantially complete the work in accordance with the terms and conditions, and scope of work as described herein for the Capital Region Airport Commission.
TERMINAL DRIVE SPEED LIMIT SIGN IMPROVEMENTS - IFB # 16-2268
The Commission intends to improve existing speed-reduction and speed-limit signs on Terminal Drive at the Airport, in advance of the cell-phone lot and in advance of the terminal.
PARKING ACCESS AND REVENUE CONTROL SYSTEM REPLACEMENT - RFP #16-2270
Project encompasses the replacement of the existing Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) software, head-end server hardware, end of line communication networking equipment, and PARCS hardware throughout the Airport’s parking and ground transportation facilities. In addition, the project includes the provisioning of a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System to facilitate remote monitoring of the PARCS field devices.
WALK-UP TAXICAB SERVICES - RFP #16-2272
The Capital Region Airport Commission invites Proposals from qualified interested parties who can demonstrate at least five (5) years’ experience operating “taxicabs or other motor vehicles performing a taxicab service” as those terms are defined under Virginia Code §46.2-2000” for the award of a non-exclusive Walk-up Taxicab Service Agreement at Richmond International Airport pursuant to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in or referred to in this Request for Proposal. The term “taxi” or “taxicab” used in this Request for Proposals shall be as defined in Va. Code § 46.2-2000.
The services will be administered by the Commission’s President and Chief Executive Officer and designated staff and will commence following the execution of a contract.
