TERRAZZO REFINISHING PROJECT - IFB #16-2236
Refinish existing epoxy resin terrazzo to a “natural finish”, roughly 3000 grit, with a penetrating enhancer/sealer.

LAND LEASE FOR CERTAIN DEVELOPABLE PROPERTY - RFP #16-2240
Proposals are hereby requested by the Capital Region Airport Commission, from all qualified and responsible Proposers for the award of a land lease under which the successful Proposer will develop all of the Leasehold Premises for an initial fixed term of twenty (20) years, subject to mutual renewal by the Commission and the successful Proposer for two (2) renewal periods of five (5) years each.

TAXIWAYS “E” & “L NORTH” RECONSTRUCTION - IFB #16-2241
The project involves the reconstruction of Taxiways “E” & “L” North Richmond International Airport.  The project includes airfield concrete pavement demolition, asphalt pavement milling, construction of cement treated base course (P-304), construction of bituminous base and surfaces courses pavements (P-403 and P-401), runway and taxiway pavement markings (P-620), installation of taxiway centerline lighting base cans, conduit, and cable, and adjustment of existing taxiway edge lighting.

TICKETING LOBBY CONFERENCE ROOM RENOVATION - IFB #16-2242
The project scope shall consist of: Construction of two new conference rooms and supporting storage rooms within existing airport ticketing lobby. Conference rooms will be frames with steel tube framing and structural studs and finished with carpet, paint, resilient base and acoustic panel ceiling to match existing airport finishes, along with new fan coil units and LED lighting.

WADS HANGAR TRAILERS - IFB #16-2243
The project scope consists of the following:  provide new trailers (3) for office, break room, lavatory and locker rooms per the specifications and drawings provided and delivery of trailers to 5555 Fox Road, Richmond International Airport, VA 23250.  Trailers are to be placed by the manufacturer as instructed by the contractor performing upfit for the Hangar.  Final hookups are to be performed by the contractor performing the upfit for the hangar.

2016 PASSENGER FACILITY CHARGE REVENUE REFUNDING BOND - RFP #16-2245
The Capital Region Airport Commission requests proposals from qualified and interested firms to provide Proposals for Purchase of 2016 Passenger Facility Charge Revenue Bonds (direct bank loan) or in the Alternative, for a Successor Letter of Credit/Reimbursement Facility.
