The contractor shall provide all labor and material for the Central Utility Plant Chemicals as required by the specifications. The contractor shall also provide on an as needed basis chemicals for other mechanical systems as required by the Commission. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all chemical containers are handled and disposed of in accordance with applicable county, state and federal laws.
