Richmond Lands New Air Service! JetBlue Begins Nonstop Service to Orlando, Florida

Now offering four nonstop destinations from Richmond; Low fares start at just $69 each way.

RICHMOND (October 30, 2008) - Customer-friendly JetBlue Airways this weekend expands its popular service from Richmond International Airport with the launch of the daily nonstop service to Orlando, Florida. JetBlue's first arrival from the "Vacation Capital of the World" is scheduled to touch down at RIC at 11:15 a.m. on Sunday, while the first southbound flight takes off from RIC for Orlando at 11:50 a.m.

Fares between Richmond and Orlando start at just $69 each way for off-peak travel and always include unlimited free snacks and drinks plus JetBlue's award-winning inflight entertainment system, boasting 36 channels of free DIRECTV® programming and more than 100 channels of XM Satellite Radio® at every seat - the most free live entertainment options of any airline.

Orlando is JetBlue's fourth low-fare route from Richmond. The airline also jets daily to Boston, Fort Lauderdale, and New York (JFK).
