The services will be administered by the Commission's President and Chief Executive Officer and designated staff and will commence following the execution of a Professional Services Contract with the selected proposer.
The Capital Region Airport Commission is seeking competitive Proposals for the operation of Specialty Coffee and Locally Themed Bar/ Lounge Kiosk Concessions located at the Richmond International Airport to provide additional food and beverage concepts to the Commission, which owns and operates the Richmond International Airport, pursuant to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in or referred to in this Request for Proposals. The expected term of the resulting contract will be 5 years with the possibility of 2 successive 1-year renewals, at the sole discretion of the Commission.

The Capital Region Airport Commission invites qualified firms to submit proposals for furnishing and installing an A-10WBBT Static Display at Richmond International Airport. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals necessary to furnish and install a static display. All equipment, materials and installation work shall comply with this specification, the Virginia OSHA Standards, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes.” The services will be administered by the Commission's President and Chief Executive Officer and designated staff and will commence following the execution of a Services Contract with the selected proposer.
